GISA wines are contemporary, high quality wines that are sourced from premium wine growing regions.  the NV ARC Sparkling Brut is sourced from South Australian Vineyards.  

The fruit was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation.  

Some maturation on yeast lees and a portion undergoing malo-lactic fermentation produced a wine with a soft approachable good acid structure.

The fruit is a cocktail of varieties showing a nose of citrus & green apple.

Pale straw in colour and generous mousse, the wine opens to display a delicate palate and a crisp clean finish.

A young, refreshing wine with lively acidity.
