Single Vineyard 100% Barossa Valley premium Shiraz Fruit from the Stonewell region, was harvested off low yielding old vines, to form the canvas for this wine.

Traditional winemaking techniques including the use of a hand operated Basket press, ensures the fruit to be delicately handled, resulting in a wine with structure and intensity.

True to its roots this is a ripe, rich, full flavoured Barossa Shiraz from what will prove to be a good vintage.

Aging in 1 and 2 year old American oak 300 litre Hogs Heads allows for a gradual imparting of approachable oak tannins.

An unctuous wine with layers of complex fruits, full round mouthfeel, soft approachable tannins and good length.   

The bottled result is a wine personifies the GISA philosophy.
