2010 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from cool climate Adelaide Hills fruit.

2010 vintage, was harvested a little later than previous vintages to allow for more tropical fruits on the nose. Fruit was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation.

An un-oaked style displaying fresh varietal character of the tangy zippy flavours of the Sauvignon fruit. The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc shows a zesty bouquet of green herbs combined with hints of passionfruit, citrus and lychees. A small parcel of exceptional quality Adelaide Hills Semillon from the Cunningham Vineyard near Bridwood was added at blending to provides a mineral edge and citric lift. The crisp lively palate is matched by a core of tropical sweetness.

A refreshing wine with a crisp, fresh, lively palate.
